Matthew DeRobertis is an uncle, father, chef and kid at heart. He has been cooking or doing some derivation of it for as long as he can remember. Going on to become a chef, freelance food writer and culinary instructor, his passion for food and cooking has gotten even stronger. As an instructor, some of his favorite classes to teach are for kids, especially when they include his nieces and nephews.
